At Seven Refrigeration we feel the servicing of our fleet is paramount, especially when it comes to there potentially being thousands of pounds worth of stock stored inside. No stone is left unturned.

We have our own in-house engineering department which is managed by a dedicated member of the team. The engineering department schedules our engineers, the servicing and any potential breakdowns or customer requests which are received.

Our very own engineers work solely on our equipment and are therefore specialists in the machinery that we use in our cold stores. As well as having in-depth knowledge of the bodywork and mechanisms of the units as a whole. Having our own engineers to call on 24/7, 365 days a year means the client can benefit from rapid callout times where we endeavour to get to any temperature critical breakdowns within four hours.

A service programme is put in place by our engineering department where every refrigerated container on a client’s site is serviced every year as standard. Our cold stores always leave the depot’s pre-trip inspected, so once they land on site and following commission they will then be serviced every 365 days from that point. We pride ourselves on the level of equipment out on-site and we make sure we look after them.

A unique part of our service is that we supply temperature monitoring systems on all of our cold stores and our engineers are trained to understand how they function too. The temperature monitoring system assists the client by enabling them to view temperatures, defrosts and door openings remotely. Customers also have the option to receive alerts for when there are any potential issues with the unit which can prove vital information for any operation.
