With the date for leaving the EU fast approaching, 29th March 2019, it is becoming increasingly reported that UK Warehousing is reaching capacity for storage.
Industry sources have said the cost of warehouse space has risen by almost 25% in the last quarter of 2018 due to ‘supply & demand’. This is likely caused by large international companies which are already stockpiling their products i.e. food ingredients, car parts, pharmaceuticals.
All the UK supermarkets are considering plans for a no-deal Brexit. Ultimately, nobody knows what will happen and it is better being over-prepared than not at all.
So, where does that leave you if you wish to make contingency plans in the case of a no-deal Brexit? Well, whether you are a manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer or even a storage warehouse company, we can offer you a solution.
Whether you need ambient or refrigerated storage, we can help with our temperature controlled solutions. Better still, our bespoke solutions can be installed on your site. This means no need to move stock to a big warehouse off-site, and you can still keep a close eye on your stock. All you need is enough room for a storage container, and access to the appropriate power supply.
Seven Refrigeration is able to supply 20ft or 40ft temperature controlled storage containers for either ambient or refrigerated use. Our containers are available for short or long term hire, and for a more affordable cost than you may think.
We like to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. We can arrange a free site survey to advise the best location for your containers, and where is best for the power supply to be installed by your electrical contractor.
Once all the paperwork is complete, we can agree a delivery date for your containers. Our contracted haulier will then professionally unload the container into the required position ready for use. If you have hired one of our refrigerated containers, our qualified engineer will attend site to plug the container into your power supply and ensure the container is ready for use.
